Timeline

2014 - 2019

PPD Events Inc. Co-Founder

From Colombia to Canada, I spent five years designing and leading immersive event brands that brought people together in unforgettable ways. In Medellín, I co-founded the Poblado Pub Department, one of the city's most recognizable nightlife brands, and co-created a top-selling Pablo Escobar tour that blended their heartbreaking history with storytelling. Back in Toronto, I co-launched the Butterbeer Bar Crawl, a Harry Potter-themed event series that regularly sold out and made waves across local media. We wove philanthropy into everything, making sure every event gave back. Across these ventures, I handled everything from concept development to creative direction, sponsorships, and on-the-ground production. It was scrappy, chaotic, and wildly successful - the best kind of business bootcamp.

2018 - 2019

Bumble Market Lead

In 2018, after becoming genuinely obsessed with Whitney Wolfe Herd's vision for reimagining online dating, I found out Bumble was opening a Toronto office - and immediately did everything I could to get in the room. I landed a role as City Rep, quickly earned a promotion to Market Lead, and spent the next 18 months growing Bumble's presence across Toronto through events, partnerships, guerrilla marketing, and local brand campaigns. I pitched media, hosted live panels, led a team of five and helped translate Bumble's global mission into memorable, real-world experiences. We boosted registrations, built community, and proved that digital connection can spark real-life impact.

2020

Sip Well Do Good Inc.

In 2020, as at-home wine delivery surged, I spotted an opportunity to connect people (virtually) - and give back. I launched Sip Well Do Good Inc., a social enterprise that teamed up with local wineries, breweries, and grassroots nonprofits to create small-batch product collaborations and community-powered campaigns. We raised funds and awareness for everything from horse rescues to housing programs, hosted joyful virtual tastings, and spotlighted women-led businesses through our Babes Behind the Brands series. I developed the concept through Laurier University's Startup Bootcamp and the City MOGULS Mentorship Program, was invited to speak at Niagara College as an entrepreneurial case study, and was featured on several podcasts and webinars sharing the journey. It was joyful, purpose-driven work rooted in creativity, collaboration, and connection - at a time when the world needed all three. The brand is currently on pause while I explore new ways to create impact.

2021

3oC

From 2021 to early 2023, I served as Chief Marketing Officer at Three of Cups (3oC) - a purpose-driven tech startup using blockchain and smart contracts to solve real-world social problems. I led branding, storytelling, and early creative direction, helping shape the heart and soul of the company from the idea stage to pushing through a major tech accelerator process (Techstars). I co-created 3oC's first demo video (recorded in my tiny Wasaga Beach apartment), transforming a clickable prototype into a compelling narrative that rallied support and brought our mission to life. From guerrilla marketing at Art Basel to defining the company's ethos, I helped build 3oC's foundation as a future-forward platform for real-world safety and accountability.

2025

Death Doula Training

I'm currently completing an eight month Death Doula Certification through Journey Home - a deeply reflective and holistic program that feels like the missing puzzle piece in my call to the end-of-life space. With a cohort of just 12 participants, we're learning how to offer support at the end of life through home death facilitation, cultural practices, grief healing, and non-medical care that centers compassion and connection.
